EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
Responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of customer environments in Cloud of respective product lines and to ensure the delivery according to defined Service Level Agreements.

Have basic knowledge in various technologies (e.g. database, platform) used by development and operations

Drive for automation and standardization

Ensure smooth operations and maximize uptime
Key Tasks

Collaborate with engineering and product management as well as other service groups

Improve system landscape support in the assigned functional areas of responsibility

Independent assurance of effective system operations along the software lifecycle

Provide knowledge management in the team and between operations and development
:
Ensure excellent quality and maintain high standards in all processes listed in the relevant process map

Contribute to operations model/operational processes and procedures
