As a member of the Payment Network Team, you will be reporting to the Payment Partner Operations Manager. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support the operational set up of our payment partners and monitor the health of the payment network transaction processing. Having a keen eye for detail and the ability to understand complex processing models is crucial for success in this role.
Essential Skills
- Assist with the setup and ongoing maintenance of our payment partners account configuration.
- Responsible for escalating operational issues raised in relation to our payment partners.
- Provide periodic reports to the business on the health of the payment network.
- Responsible for creating and completing payment partner integration plans.
- Responsible for monitoring the performance of our payment portfolio with the aim to identify and resolves processing bugs and issues.
- Responsible for projects that require new or upgraded integrations to payment partners.
Your Profile
- Minimum of 2 years working in the payments industry and able to demonstrate a solid understanding of card acquiring and online digital payments.
- Pro-active and energetic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines set both internally and externally.
- Highly skilled at presenting ideas and obtaining support both internally and externally.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advance excel and power point is essential.
- Experience working in the digital wallet industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English both written and verbal is a pre-requisite.
