The Business Operations Team focuses on improving payment approval rates across multiple countries by engaging with internal teams and external partners to optimize payment methods and approval processes.
Responsibilities: Analyze KPIs related to payment approval rates considering technical and integration factors.Lead initiatives to enhance approval rates with acquirers, issuers, and partners.Design workflows to streamline payment operations.Maintain relationships with payment partners to ensure performance and continuity.Conduct A/B testing to improve approval strategies.Stay updated on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.Create dashboards for data analysis and visualization.Use machine learning techniques to analyze real-time data and identify patterns.Collaborate with multiple internal teams to optimize approval rates.Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.Experience in payments, e-commerce, or similar industries.Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets.Proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.Preferred Skills: Experience with process mapping, data visualization tools, and project management.Knowledge of smart routing, anti-fraud solutions, and card schemes.What EBANX Offers: Language classes, variable compensation, educational support, and flexible days off.Additional Details: Seniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Finance
