Bilingual English and Spanish, fluent both written and spoken. PURPOSE: The Payroll Analyst will support the Total Rewards Manager in administering payroll processes across international markets, including Latin America, the US, and Europe.
This role ensures smooth and accurate execution of payroll operations, data management, and reporting, while fostering collaboration across departments.
FUNCTIONS: Payroll Administration Support the end-to-end payroll process, including data collection, incident reporting, output control and approval, payment confirmation, and database updates.Coordinate with payroll providers to resolve administrative challenges and ensure compliance with deadlines and policies.System and Data Management Maintain and update changes related to total rewards within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).Ensure accuracy and data integrity in all compensation and payroll-related records.Reporting and Analytics Assist in preparing, analyzing, and maintaining payroll reports, ensuring timely delivery to stakeholders.Provide insights and recommendations based on payroll data to improve processes and efficiency.Cross Department Collaboration Act as a liaison between Total Rewards, Finance, and external professional service providers to resolve payroll-related issues.Deliver exceptional internal customer support on payroll inquiries.Project and Administrative Support Support broader HR projects as needed, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.These job functions are representative of tasks accomplished by incumbents.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred).2–3 years of experience in payroll administration.Solid knowledge of standard payroll concepts, practices and procedures.Must have advanced working knowledge of Excel (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookup, conditional formatting, etc.)
and the ability to analyze large quantities of data.Familiarity with international payroll platforms (i.e., ADP) and providers (i.e.
