Payroll Analyst - Fixed Term Position (11 Months)

From ourPayroll Delivery Teamwe give services to The Coca-Cola Company of other countries and we are now looking for a Payroll Analyst .
The position is primarily focus on accurate and timely delivery of payroll to associates in the countries supported. The Gross to Net caluclation will be performed by different vendors and subsequently reviewed by the Payroll Analyst.
The role has the followingresponsibilities:
Review and analyse vendor's reports (draft calculations) ensuring accuracy and completion of the monthly country-specific checklist
Dirve effectiveness and efficiency by continuous review of pre-payroll/payroll processes while ensuring that effective controls are maintained
Function as Subject Matter Expert for all pre-payroll/payroll processes for assigned countries and respond to payroll queries

What you need to be successfull:
2 years of work experience within Payroll activities
Currently studying an Accountant/Business Administration/HR Bachelor's degree from a University
SAP experience (preferred, not exclusive)
Advanced MS Office skills
Desire to redisgn business processes and systems to create efficiencies
Finance/HR background in Accounting
Advance level of English
