Role Summary Key Responsibilities:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.Proven experience in HR coordination, multicultural training, and process optimization.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, VBA).Experience facilitating workshops, such as Design Thinking.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English (C1 level) and assertive communication skills.Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with tools like case management systems and CRMs.Demonstrated ability to develop cost-saving initiatives and optimize workflows.Experience working in a global or remote environment.
