Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in market research, digital marketing or strategic consultancy.
- Experience working with product development and project management.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently and idiomatically.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in creating, developing and executing Performance advertising strategies.
- Experience in consulting and/or doing data analysis.
- Experience influencing people across functions and managing virtual working groups within a large organization.
- Experience in project management.
- Knowledge of Google ´s Performance solutions.
- Ability to turn ambiguous problem spaces into clear solutions.
About The Job
As a Performance Specialist, you will help our sales Googlers by providing them with resources, tools, insights and best practices that allow them to identify new opportunities to drive our products in ways that will boost their clients and agencies business objectives. Through a big shift in our internal culture and collaboration with many cross-functional teams, our goal is to move from selling product to addressing customer needs.
The Product & Technical Sales Support (PTSS) team serves as the primary point of contact for our global Sales, Business Development, and Partnerships teams to support our sales organization across all products. We provide tools so that our sales teams can focus on generating revenue and leverage our strong relationships with Google's Tech teams to enable our sales organization to do multi-solution selling, launch and support new products, and help and engage our users.
Responsibilities
- Capture the Search Coverage opportunity in the region.
- Educate the ecosystem on Search Coverage and work to prioritize short, mid, and long term actions in order to make progress.
- Develop client lead lists, narratives and execute selling of product priorities in partnership with Sales, Agency, GTM, and Sales Finance.
- Help Sales and Agency influence customers to increase Coverage.
- Help customers and sales teams identify and capture incremental opportunities by uncapping budgets.
