Pocurement Analyst Jr Job

Job Summary

Will be responsible for monitoring the supply chain of spare parts to our warehouse, following the ordering process, the delivery process with each supplier and the demand curves.

Job Responsibilities

: Analyse and recommend corrective actions to ensure the supply of spare parts acording to the delivery schedule for each supplier.
: Cooridinate and control supplier deliveries.
: Develop relantioships with our suppliers
: Garantee commercial conditions defined with our suppliers.
: Detect low stock spare parts and determinate an action plan.
: Improve OTD level.

Minimum Level of Education Required (For Position)

Bachelors Student

Industrial Engineer / Bussines Administration

Problem Solving skills required

High : To ensure urgent deliveries to attend a machine down. Negotiate a new planification of deliveries with a supplier. Determine an action plan for a low performance supplier interacting with the Purchasing Department.
