Principal System Analyst - Ingles Avanzado

IT Resourcesis looking for aPrincipal System Analystto join a team of an important lab.

Tasks/ Responsibilities:

- Act as a systems analyst to support applications in different areas
- Second level support for the assigned applications, administer, and resolve the tickets and the requests of the users within the specified SLA in a global way.
- Perform basic tasks of support, administration and maintenance of the system for systems assigned predominantly in an environment other than GxP.
- Software leader for defined client software packages and administer the global technical agreement for implementation, support and licensing.
- Produce system life cycle and support documentation as necessary.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / computer science or related discipline.
- Experience in 2nd-level support of applications and user interaction preferably on an international level.
- Strong experience in Windows and Windows Server and preferably also in Linux.
- Experience in client software packaging and software installation, distribution and license management.
- Experience with Network Technology and impact on set-up and usage for applications.
- Knowledge in administration and management of Terminal Servers and hosted applications Advanced English level.

Desirable Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of working experience.
- Basic knowledge about virtual infrastructure (e.g. VMWare).
- Database knowledge (MSSQL, Oracle) ideally combined with scripting capabilities.
