Better requires process discipline and simplification
We’ll be looking to you to provide ongoing support in documenting new processes, focusing on Lean thinking. You will focus on the most recurring processes and analyze their efficiency. You will be responsible for surveying and documenting current processes in sectors such as Logistics-Technical Service-Maintenance and Training. Our expectation is that you work in improvements of the procedures and seek for standardization.
For such a detail-driven role, you will have 2 years of experience as a minimum in process analysis. You will have experience with managing tools, such as Lucid chart or Visio. Ideally a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. You’ll have knowledge in Lean/Agile continuous improvement principles.
