. Sourcing and Procurement Strategy - PMO Specialist. Tasks:

Manage & Track task updates through regular direct & indirect interactions

Prepare communications templates & messages, data collection templates.

Collate and format presentations using inputs from the wider team

Assist with scheduling and logistics for regular team training & Meetings

Manage collaboration tools such as SharePoint, MS Teams etc

Assist with administration & delivery of mini-projects

Assist with reporting and data analytics based on business requirements

Assist in developing process frameworks

Contribute to strategic decision making as a trusted advisor

produce weekly and monthly reports as per agreed schedules.. Requisitos:3+ years of Outsourcing experience preferably in process management and/or service delivery operations

Strong communication and organization skills

Polished, professional presence

Demonstrated ability to achieve customer satisfaction through a managed service framework
