We believe product analysis is a cornerstone in the development process of our highly configurable platform. Focusing on our portal-based products (but never losing sight of the solutions as a whole), our Internal Portal Services Product Analysts translate use cases to functional documentation through a detailed analysis of possible scenarios. Your challenges and objectives: Be the main point of contact (internally and externally) for the functional aspects of our internal portal services.Understand your different audiences (business-oriented and technical) and be an efficient communicator.Develop a thorough understanding of our solutions suite and our platform. Your day-to-day activities: Carry out the functional definition of our portal-based products in a cycle that includes research, viability analysis, proposal, validation, and iteration. Gather commercial, business, and technical input, and generate a product proposal, working with UX designers and configuration analysts if needed. Assure feasibility, identify functionality gaps, and route them through the development request process.Iterate over the product, based on the release of new features and internal partner input.Generate documentation to ensure correct design/development and further implementation, testing, automation, and maintenance. About you: Fluent in English (oral and written).Enthusiastic about understanding and analyzing complex problems.Eager to find solutions for those problems by seeing a broader picture and connecting the dots.Excellent communicator.Programming skills in HTML, CSS, or JavaScript, along with knowledge of UX methodologies, are a plus.Background and experience in industrial, graphic or multimedia design.
