Qualifications:Detailed understanding of how different sorts of payments work (Credit cards, Bank based, Pix) across LatAm (e.g., Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador).Detailed understanding of payment behaviors such as AUTH, SALE, CAPTURE, VOID, REFUND, REVERSAL, 3DS, MCI, MSI.Capability to read and understand payment connectivity specifications and translate that into requirements for the engineering team.Technical in nature (no coding required) but able to understand JSON, Webhooks.Familiar with tools such as Google Sheets, JIRA.Understanding of Scrum and willing to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.Understands and drives priorities.+3 YOE working on integrating payments.What will you find when you join DEUNA?A multicultural team distributed throughout LATAM.Dynamism, agility, and constant innovation.Being part of a high-impact solution for an entire region.The best tools and technology to operate.Being part of the startup culture.
