Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a loyal consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

Google is looking to become a partner to small and medium businesses in Spanish Latin America. We want to help small and medium business (SMB) become even more successful with their business - from getting online, to running their business, to getting more customers. As a Product Marketing Manager in SMB Marketing, your responsibilities will include understanding the digital ecosystem in Spanish Latin America and working across teams to define the go-to-market for Google Ads. You'll then launch programs, build partnerships, and create marketing campaigns to bring these ideas to life. This is a dynamic and entrepreneurial role which will touch upon many different skills in marketing/brand building.

Minimum qualifications:

- 4 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to speak and write fluently in English and Spanish

Preferred qualifications:

- Ability to translate complex ideas into simple and intuitive communications.
- Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management, while building strong, strategic stakeholder relationships
- Demonstrated analytical skills and capacity for developing and understanding strategy. Ability to balance deep analytical rigor with actionable insights.
- Growth minded, mission-driven; ability to quickly adapt and work at a fast pace. Demonstrated innovation and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Global mindset; ability to think across disciplines, industries, cultures, and scenarios. Understanding of Google's products and technology industry.
- Penchant for technology, leadership to execute effectively and ability to think outside the box.

- Define and execute go-to-market strategies and organizational coordination for Google Ads feature launches. Includes positioning, naming, external communications, competitive analysis, and feature prioritization.
- Develop messaging, collateral, events, and business strategies aimed at growing SMB advertisers, increasing our engagement with them and measuring the efficacy of such programs.
- Use quantitative methods, models, and research to help Google better understand consumer and advertiser behavior to provide important feedback back into the product and strategic development cycle.
- Determine return on investment (ROI) for projects.
