Product Operations Team

Note: This position is remote – applicants with Argentina residency and Venezuelan citizenship are preferred

The Product Operations Team is responsible for implementing the back office operation of the Reserve App and ensuring customers receive high standard customer support.

The team will also resolve customer questions,
handle customer requests, run AML / KYC compliance checks, perform banking operations, among other things.

This position will reward strong service skills, attention to details and effective communication with staff.
