As Product O wner of core financial services systems for Mercedes-Benz , it is your responsibility to modernize our Operations .
Main Accountabilities Responsible for Mercedes-Benz Financial Service Core Operation Systems enhancement to alig n with the operation roadmap and company strategy of digitalization operation To consult to all AAP markets, HQs and other departments on right usage of F inancial Service core operation systems to ensure we keep the Product to Standardized across the region. Meanwhile bring efficiency to operation, streamline the business processes, lean system functionalities and maximize the valu e of deliveries to achieve future customer journey and digitalization operation strategy To steer with stakeholder from business side, IT representatives and external vendors for implementing the system right Responsible to ensure implementation scope and manage users and stakeholders expectations To communicate to operation users, Project Managers and Steco Members from different countries To cross-stream alignment & consultation with experts Salesforce, Credit Scoring Engine, Service Operations and team on system development Being successful in this role requires a good understanding of business needs, able to convey requirements into user stories, design acceptance criteria and prioritizing delivery backlogs. You also need to have business mindset and data driven decision making skills when you are finalizing requirements, & managing delivery backlogs.
This role also requires regular international business trips for several weeks at a time.
Qualifications
Required Educational Background Degree in IT/Business Management or similar qualification Professional Experience Minimum of 5 years in Financial Services Industry Has solid knowledge/ experience on Financial Service Operation and Salesforce from Business Side Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment. Prior experience with Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects. Required Specific Knowledge and Capabilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in developing and designing solutions B usiness mindset and data driven decision making skills Good team spirit and attention to detail Ability to work with different business units' executives in a collaborative way Adaptability and good interpersonal skills Good communication & negotiation skills including a persuasive personality Added advantage : Experience in a start-up, product development, prototyping/ or innovation/ or similar environment Added advantage : good to have working experience in multi-national company or multi-cultural environment Added advantage : Language English has to be proficiency and Chinese can be add plus point #J-18808-Ljbffr
