Production Control Coordinator

- Production Control Coordinator We are a Córdoba-based company working on challenging global projects. We are looking for a Production Control Coordinator with experience in the manufacturing industry to join our growing team. Main Job Responsibilities:

• Review open job orders and transactions, identify and notify Production area of jobs that should be closed

• Produce Purchase Orders

• Change status of orders, ensure materials are available to start the production process, adjust material requirements to round up to whole numbers, issue materials, compile production documentation for distribution

• Identify associated Packing List for each order, customize to follow the order • Ensure product installation instructions and Packing List is attached to the Assembly/Packing Job

• Create labels associated with orders (hardware, part labels, etc.)

• Produce relevant reports when needed Skills & Requirements:

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Graduated from secondary studies. Bachelor’s degree or tertiary technical or trade education is a plus.

• Accurate math skills

• Intermediate to advanced computer skills.

Proficiency in Proficient with MS Office Suite with the ability to edit documents, produce labels, produce Excel reports and other documentation

• 1+ years experience in Manufacturing/Production control

• 1+ years ERP experience, Syteline CSI desired

• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization skills a must

• Must be able to quickly acclimate to an incredibly fast-paced environment and be able to anticipate needs in advance •

Ability to multi-task and handle multiple time-sensitive requirements
