Production Supervisor

PLAN, LEAD, ORGANIZE, AND CONTROL THE PRODUCTION LINE.

Responsibilities: Conduct daily meetings (SIM1) to discuss the day's plan targets, quality, attendance, and performance issues. Oversee and rectify subordinate work to ensure the line functions satisfactorily. Verify the accuracy and compliance of all line documents such as OK 1st part, Torque Calibration Checksheet, Machine Correlation Checksheet, and Work Instructions. Maintain adequate inventory levels of materials in the handled cell. Coordinate with support groups to resolve operational issues. Analyze failure trends and initiate corrective actions to improve productivity and line efficiency. Supervise team members to achieve team goals (LIPASS / VOLPASS). Provide technical data to support groups for material and process improvements. Train operators on new or improved processes. Coordinate with logistics for loading finished goods and confirming shipments. Implement and monitor company rules, regulations, and morale and discipline within the department. Conduct performance reviews and recognize outstanding workers. Manage productivity improvement programs and monitor material transactions such as MRB, RTW, and inventory stocks. Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards and support health, safety, and environmental initiatives. Organize manpower allocation per cell. Monitor hourly output against UPH requirements. Check line performance output for 100% quality. Review MRB trends daily. Lead and control personnel activities through performance measurement, discipline enforcement, counseling, and development. Ensure smooth implementation of company specifications and process control charts. Update and review shift performance reports (volpass/lipass) prior to consolidation. Perform KAMISHIBI (Layered 2 Audit) as scheduled. Communicate and attend customer meetings as required. Handle the most complex and problematic cell among supervisors. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing company. Not more than 50 years of age. Willing to work in EPZA Rosario, Cavite. Willing to work night shifts.
