What will your mission be? Manage and coordinate the daily activity of a section made up of up to 40 people, ensuring that production objectives are met.Plan and assign tasks to the team of rolling mills, carpenters, electricians, mechanics and subcontractors, according to the needs of each day.Supervise the progress of the works, ensuring quality, deadlines and compliance with safety standards.Lead the operational transformation of the workshop, promoting a culture of order, efficiency and prevention.Promote the implementation of the 5S methodology and other continuous improvement practices.Actively participate in process engineering projects, including lay-out and industrial transformation.Profile we are looking for Firm commitment to occupational safety and risk prevention: we are looking for a person who leads cultural change in this area, who promotes rigorous compliance with safety protocols and promotes safe behaviours on a daily basis.Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or similar.Previous experience as a Supervisor, Production Manager or Workshop Manager in industrial environments (automotive, machinery, nautical...).Solid background in team management and operational planning.Knowledge and practical experience in:- 5S and Lean Manufacturing- Process engineering- Lay-out changes and line reorganizationMastery of office tools.
