Role Overview: As a Program Manager in the Enterprise Products group, reporting to a Senior Manager in the Enterprise Products PMO, you will focus on driving key programs for Security Operations products, delivering the strongest cyber security solutions for our products and customers.

About the Role:
On a daily and weekly basis, the Program Manager will:
Lead complex and diverse programs, coordinating the activities of multiple teams across multiple locations to develop program plans and to deliver business outcomes.
Manage, measure, track progress and report status of plans and deliverables
Anticipate and manage change control for the decision-making process in assigned projects/programs for interconnected programs.
Clearly define and manage dependencies across product teams and organizational boundaries.
Work with the core program team to identify program risks, develop mitigations and track risks through the life of the program.
Deliver program status communication and reporting to all levels of management, simplifying difficult or complex concepts to ensure common understanding across all stakeholders.
Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing leaders across the Enterprise Products organization on all Components/Projects/Program assigned.
Engage with support, documentation, legal and financial resources within the organization to support the planning & release of new/updated products.
Liaise with senior staff/experts across organizations on an area of project or program management.
About You:
You have significant demonstrated experience managing projects for product development and delivery to market.
You can work independently to determine the approach to programs and develop solutions that are thorough, practical, and consistent with PMO governance and the functional or customer objectives.
You enjoy working with a diverse group of people across multiple geographic locations and supporting teams that are not local to you.
You build new networks across functional boundaries
You have a working knowledge of Product Lifecycle Methodologies and Agile.
You can interface with and influence all levels within the organization, customers (internal & external) and outside suppliers on a program or process.
You are confident working with standard Project Management tools, such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Microsoft SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence.
You have advanced understanding of the technical concepts, architecture, systems, development methods, and disciplines associated with the program you manage, and utilize knowledge to accelerate project completion.
You should have excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish.
You have or are striving to obtain a Project Management Professional (PMP, Program Management Professional (PgMP), or Change Management Practitioner certification.
