Nos encontramos en búsuqeda de un Project Manager para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de Delivery.
Job Description 13;
Sus prinicpales Tareas y Actividades serán:
:Seguimiento, administración e implementación de proyectos e iniciativas internas de Service Delivery
:Punto focal de SD para proyectos e iniciativas externas e internas.
:Mantenimiento y mejora de procesos y flujos.
:Documentación de Service Delivery.
:Implementación de mejoras.
:Seguimiento de KPI and acute;s.
:Generación y mantenimiento de reportes del área.
:Punto Focal entre SD y otras áreas.
:Seguimiento de requerimientos a IT.
:Responsabilidad de la gestión de todos los proyectos que atañen a la unidad de Service Delivery que tenga que ver con el desarrollo de procesos y sistemas.
:Responsabilidad de la generación y actualización de la documentación de procesos y procedimientos.
:Responsabilidad de liderar el proceso de generación, emisión y adjudicación de RFPs vinculadas a las necesidades de Delivery.
Qualifications 13;
Buscamos:
Ingeniero Industrial o Licenciados en Administración con experiencia en reingeniería y mejora de procesos (de preferencia con experiencia en el sector Telecomunicaciones).
PM o con fuerte conocimientos en Project Management.
Conocimientos:
:Manejo de proyectos.
:Experiencia en reingeniería y mejora de procesos :flujos.
:Manejo de herramientas de sistemas
:Seguimiento de KPI and acute;s.
:Inglés avanzado
:Portugués deseable
