We are seeking a Project Manager to join our remote team!
Responsibilities:
To be accountable and responsible for achieving the approved project objectives within the defined scope, time and cost. Responsible for identifying out of scope requests and managing them accordingly.
Held accountable by the Project Owner for general client satisfaction.
Keep clear, precise, and empathetic communication with Clients, AM\'s, Supervisors and Technical team about projects-related items (via email, project documentation, Jira tasks, meetings, etc).
Keep updated documentation of the assigned projects (as defined by the company) and make information visible for projects? stakeholders.
Assist in forecasting resource needs by providing information about assigned projects.
Identify project risks and escalate them to the management team in order to find solutions.
To be responsible for preparing a closure report, analyzing the final project stats and reflecting on how the project could have been done better and more efficiently.
Act as a facilitator when the project team needs something that cannot be resolved internally.
Work with the technical team to find solutions to clients? or Accounts Managers? requests in a timely manner. Make sure that the team evaluates enough alternatives and scenarios in order to provide the client with different options and recommendations, and consider and evaluate feedback from all parties.

Makes sure projects are achieved within the defined scope, quality, time and cost and/or deviations are properly documented.
Makes sure project documentation is up to date, organized and properly formatted.
Has effective communication with all the project?s stakeholders.
Has a positive feedback from project team
Required Experience & Skills:
Excel at verbal and written communication and negotiation. As a PM you will manage the communication and expectations of clients, account managers and developers. It\'s critical to be able to convey vision, goals, ideas and issues.
Organization and methodic approach to keep project\'s documentation and reporting up to date.
Risk Management - The ability to identify and escalate risks that may interfere with the success of a project,
Knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies of project management.
Experience in the use of Jira or any other issue and project tracking platform
3+ years of experience managing software development projects with remote teams. (web applications, websites - Mobile applications is a plus)
