In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Be responsible for leading complex projects/ programs, integral and multi functional which are essential for execution of Philips strategy. These are projects mainly for the area of creation and delivery of service & product solutions. Deliveries must observe high quality, timeline and costs, adding value to Philips’s businesses and to our clients, allowing better control and increase in profitability.
You are responsible for:
Plan the objectives and targets of the department.
Lead the execution of the program in functions and cultures, to optimize project results, providing full planning, management of dependencies and risk.
Yearly plan and hire new staff members when is requires for the projects.
Lead and facilitate the definition and goals of the program (scope, time and quality) and develop the project plan (estimated budget, available resources and transparent risks), encouraging all involved areas to provide their knowledge.
Control the program’s progress, providing monitoring and supporting the escalation of deviations with the area’s leaders.
Facilitate and support problem solving, providing analysis, structure and organizing interactions.
Support the sales team in releasing and promoting the product in the market.
Act in the client’s strategic management, in order to add value to the business.
Assure compliance and act according to the policies of the Philips General Business Principals and Information Security.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer, Information technology, Biomedical Engineering or related careers.
PMI certification/ course (is a plus)Experience managing software projects (ERP), working close with sales areas & executing account strategies within the Software industry.Advanced in English (Is a must)Oriented to Customer Insights/ Customer Focus
Conflicts Management
Globally and able to work effectively across cultures.Strong communication & leaderships skills.
Your teamBased in Argentina (Buenos Aires) will act as a Project Manager. This position will report to the Project and Service Manager based in Brazil.
