We are looking to add 1 Project manager to organize and support all technical projects across the company.
Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for ensuring that day-to-day IT operations function as expected.
Addressing any system issues, as well as user issues. Research cost savings and consolidation of systems when possible.
Partner with architecture and engineering teams to ensure that appropriate documentation is created to resolve tier 2 support issues.
Follow Customer projects and incident resolutions with the Tech support and development Team
Quickly learn how to support new cloud technologies as they are rolled out within the organization.
Directly support the use and delivery of cloud services in the organization.
Be a trusted advisor for cloud initiatives by providing objective, practical, and relevant ideas, and insights.
Close work with Sales and pre-sales on Cloud Opportunities
Training Sales and Pre-sales on all Cloud aspects
Requirements:
4 years of Cloud System Engineering experience
Experience with advanced, complex networking environments preferred.
Experience creating automated scripts and software preferred
Strong understanding of SAAS applications
Experience in retrieving, analyzing data from SQL/MySQL
Exceptional networking skills and knowledge
Priority Settings: Ability to manage and complete multiple projects in an appropriate order.
Flexible attitude and approach to reach results
A technical background in engineering, computer science, or programming
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.
Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
Proven analytical and creative abilities.
Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Experience with Windows Server and Linux operating systems
