MRMis a leading multinational company in digital marketing and advertising.We are looking for a Project Manager | Digital Events Marketing Coordinator to join the team.
In this role, you will carry out a vast variety of tasks supporting the planning, development and local stewardship and execution of client's training days event series.Working hours: 11:00 to 20:00 hs.Main tasks- End-to-end management of event set up, marketing, delivery, and ownership of virtual programmatic events inclusive of event timings and status management- Act as point of contact for the client, effectively communicating event marketing status, event updates, timings, and feedback- Lead and support across multiple virtual events as a live event host, managing speakers and monitoring event Q&ARequired skills- Previous experience with digital event execution- Excellent attention to detail and process, strong organization and time management skills (including building & managing project plans)- Results focused with ability to multi-task and prioritize within a dynamic environment- Proactive and intuitive nature with the ability to work as part of a team but also independently- Successful track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, key stakeholders and agency colleagues- Strong IT skills including experience with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel & PowerPointSolid written and verbal communication skills (English is required)Some of our benefits are:- Remote work (we go to the office twice a month)- First level medical coverage for you and your direct family group.- Days off and birthday day- English classes in Company- Free access to Spark by Degreed- Access to Headspace (mental well-being app)- And more!If you consider that this proposal is of interest to you, do not hesitate to apply!
