ROLE DESCRIPTION
The program manager (PM) works as part of a global centralized team in cultivating relationships with senior buy-side professionals and gathering the information that gives CRISIL its competitive advantage in the consulting market. The PM will be responsible for setting up of a new team of Executive Interviewers in charge of scheduling, conducting phone interviews with decision makers at some of the highest levels of global buy-side organizations and accurately capturing and recording relevant data with an assigned pool of potential respondents. The PM will work closely with CRISIL Management team and Consultants who provide the subject matter context to inform the interviews.
The PM will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality, accuracy and transparency by meeting pre-defined KPIs and also evaluating opportunities for process re-design and trial of relevant technology components.
After the initial induction, the PM will have the challenge of escalating the team by selecting and training the Executive Interviewers that will be part of a global centralized team and monitor the team’s progress in achieving predefined milestones.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Handle production, scheduling and quality control of all projects.
· Collect data, observe qualitative research and handle pilot interviews of projects.
· Integrate and conduct data cleaning.
· Share current & best practices.
· Establish project needs and cost implications.
· Resolve project scheduling and resource issues.
· Control tracking status of scheduling and interviewing efforts in proprietary platforms
· Demonstrate a positive attitude and foster teamwork and collaboration.
SKILLS REQUIRED
·Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, including fluency inEnglish.
·Proven experience in similar roles, especially in handling teams dedicated to B2B interviewing for market research purposes
·Experience in managing middle size teams
· AdvancedPortuguese(preferred)
·Technically capable in Exceland web-based applications.
·Strong persuasion skillsand ability to pro-actively sell benefits of study participation to senior-level targets.
·Self-motivatedto achieve goals in a performance driven sales atmosphere.
· Strong desire to learn about financial services, market research and/or strategic consulting.
· Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
· Desire to work as part of a global team
