Responsibilities:
Who you are.
As a Project Manager for Virgin Pulse, you are in an integral role in the organization, which directly influences the organizations success. As a PM you will have primary responsibility for managing complex projects and performing business analysis to create operational efficiencies and build external partnerships.
In the role of Project Manager, you will wear many hats but your focus will be key in the following:
Maintain overall project ownership and drive the coordination of activities and deliverables among all internal Virgin Pulse departments and external Partners
Manage the technical integration activities and communications for Partner integrations
Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
Solicit internal client feedback and effectively communicate the results and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Employ Virgin Pulse?s standard project methodology, processes, and procedures
Perform special projects as requested.
Travel: May be required to travel approximately 10% of the time.
Qualifications:
What you bring to the team.
Bachelor\'s degree, or equivalent, in related discipline
2 ? 3 years of directly related project management or software implementation work, and/or business analysis experience working on complex projects
Previous experience working directly with clients or outside vendors strongly preferred
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Experience working with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, etc)
Experience working on either (preferably both) a Software as a Service (SaSS) and wellness / wellbeing / health care environment
