Position at a glance:
In this dynamic role, the selected candidate would provide support across departments on administrative tasks, documentation, reporting, and coordination within the Chile center and globally. Key responsibilities include:
? Reporting:
– Pulling specific data from the ERP tool database for report creation
– Creating reports manually and with automated tools following structured procedures
– Accurately consolidating manual inputs from operational management into global reports
– Sending updated reports to global corporate teams, meeting the strict deadlines of the monthly financial processes
– These reports assist management in, but not limited to:
? Achieving visibility on team utilization and revenue reporting / accrual
? Monitoring compliance with internal policies
? Checking employee and ERP code mappings
? Checking for accuracy of data in the ERP, HR, and financial reports; knowing the escalation processes to resolve discrepancies
? Managing internal processes on behalf of operational teams, including creating ERP codes, mapping employees in ERP, updating leaves in ERP, and raising requests to the global corporate teams
? Troubleshooting and finding solutions to issues with reporting and mapping
? Organizing client agendas for client visits
? Providing a monthly ERP training to new joiners
? Providing ad-hoc support as requested to operational management, such as supporting with hiring documentation, onboarding processes, travel coordination, and internal activities
? Providing ad-hoc support to Human Resources, Administration, Finance, and Compliance

Requisitos mínimos:
Qualifications and Requirements:
Professional degree in business administration, international business, finance, commercial engineering, language, or equivalent, and the following skills:
• Fluent English communication skills
• 2+ years’ experience in administrative work
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Able to work flexible hours due to global coordination requirements and strict deadlines
Personal Skills:
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, take initiative, and adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
• Strong time management and project management skills
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with team members across all centers
