Project Research Lead

At Ready Set, we shoot and edit fresh video ads for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok every week for clients like DoorDash, Hims + hers, Brigit and more.
It's like Saturday Night Live: Monday we're writing on a new script and the rest of the week our producers and editors work to get it made.
The ad then goes into testing and we get to learn if it's a hit or not.
Coming up with ads that have a 7-figure impact for clients is an awesome feeling!
Labs is the division in charge of finding new ways to leverage technology to create ads and we aim to use 15% of every employee's brain by facilitating spaces for experimentation and curiosity.

What you'll doDevelop our organizational strategy on how we build, store and distribute our knowledgeStoring knowledge: Design and maintain a knowledge repository so everyone can have access to what we have learned.Distributing knowledge: Become the go-to person for all knowledge gathered from tests, both past and present.Lead investigation and discovery processes: Understand the overarching topics our business needs to make discoveries in, and come up with processes to make advancement.Creating experiments: Translate the results of others' research into experiments with clear action items and follow up with the assigned team members until completion.
Other people in the company will take care of the execution.Facilitating experiments: Finding out what our internal departments are testing by themselves, and structure those efforts into experiments we can gather knowledge from.Run your own experiments! Sometimes, you'll find yourself being the right person to push a project.
Labs is a super small team, so we expect some role crossover!Generate and maintain our innovation knowledge database, where we store everything we've tried and learned.What you are good atProject management: You know how to lay out a project, set expectations and manage stakeholders.
You are well versed in Agile Methodologies and can run scrums.Documentation: Your English writing level is excellent and your instructions are always clear and precise.Strategic thinking: You are able to understand business strategy and evaluate the opportunities behind a project according to our business needs.You areHumble, coachable - takes feedback well.
