Property Manager

We are looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to join our successful team.

The role you will:

- Be required to look after our managed let and let only portfolios.

- Work pro-actively with the management team to source new development opportunities.

- Maintain inventories of fixtures and fittings related to each property.

- Ensure vertification at scheduled inspection visits.

- Maintain a system for tracking and scheduling property maintenance.

As a candidate, you will:

- Have evidence of experience in a Property Management or a lettings role.

- Be positive, ambitious and naturally-enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.

- Have excellent organisational skills.

- Thrive on working in a fast-moving, challenging environment.

- Be self-motivated and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
