Pwr_O&M - Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance Technician

**Job Description Summary****Job Description****Role Summary/Purpose will be:**The main tasks will be to Plan/perform/record , maintenance, repair, troubleshooting for Mechanical/electrical systems, of plant equipment such as control valves, electric motors, accessories and mechanical components of gas turbine, steam turbines, gas compressors and air compressors, pumps and command systems.**Essential Responsibilities:**+ Plan and execute Predictive/Preventive/corrective maintenance, minimizing corrective maintenance. Apply Maintenance optimization techniques like RBM (Reliability Based Maintenance) or similar defined by O&M business+ Perform repair, calibration and installation of systems and equipment as per equipment maintenance manuals and drawings (P&ID and others).+ Review/Update the Maintenance procedures as per GE requirements.+ Maintain/update preventive maintenance program, according to the needs of each system/equipment and record completion in Computerized Maintenance Management System.+ Coordinate all related maintenance activities between customer, contractors, other GE divisions, and/or affiliates. Perform control/management of own contractors.+ Properly maintains the inventory of parts/consumables/Tools in Computerized Maintenance Management System, considering the needs of Maintenance Sector. Interact with Supplier and Vendor to obtain parts/consumables on+ Maintain strong safety and environmental mindset to assure the executed work reflects the technical requirements within GE safety and environmental standards+ Keep high performance, high reliability, and availability of the site.+ Maintain environmental compliance relative to maintenance and project activities.+ Participate actively and committed in achieving EHS, Quality goals of the site**Qualifications/Requirements:**+ High school/Pre-university Electrical /Electronic technical title, with 4 or more years of experience in Power Plants or similar industries.+ Availability to live in Plaza Huincul city or Cutral-Có city, Neuquen, Argentina.+ English Skills (Technical Level minimum)+ Availability to work Extra Time**Desired Characteristics:**+ Strong interpersonal skills+ Strong team working skills+ Strong problem-solving skills and Proactive profile.+ Ability to work autonomously+ Strong oral and written communication skills+ Knowledge of working with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and PC usage.**Additional Information****Relocation Assistance Provided:** No
