QA Engineer
Tasks and Responsibilities
Drive the Software Testing life cycle: Test Initiation, Test Planning, Test Preparation, Test Execution, Test Reporting/Closure.
Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization
Prepare overall release test summary reports on testing status.
Targeted Skills & Competencies:
Upper intermediate level of English
Should have good exposure to all stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle(STLC).
Should have good experience in Blackbox testing such as Functional testing and Regression testing.
Should have good experience in ‘Web Applications’ GUI testing.
Should have good expertise in Test Case Design and Test Case Execution.
Should have good expertise in ‘Automated Testing’ using the functional testing tool ‘
HP UFT(QTP)
’. (Note: Minimum work experience in HP UFT(QTP)=2to3 years)
Should have good exposure to Test Automation Frameworks.
Should have good expertise in Test Script Design Reviews to ensure the Test Automation ‘Dos’ & ‘Don’ts”, Guidelines/Best Practices are followed.
Should have good expertise in writing the ‘UFT(QTP) Test Scripts’ using VB Scripting.
