We are looking for passionate Quality Analysts Manager to join our team!
The Work You’ll Do
As a QA Manager, you have advanced Leadership/Management skills, demonstrate understanding of multiple product markets or Sovos departments, and participate in global initiatives. A Principal Tech Lead, Quality has stronger leadership focus, with a significant technical influence, and leads a larger number of direct reports.

More specifically, you will:
Partners with Development leaders to examine and iterate Development department best practices.
Serves as a point of contract for the Product Organization for strategic and roadmap planning.
Actively participates on Global QA activities and develops other leaders in the organization
Fully aligned with QA Leaders on automation improvements and ensures all team members are as well.
Ensures automation is part of the planning when working with Product on Roadmaps.
Takes an active role in performance management including executing yearly performance reviews.
Aligns with the Sovos philosophy and builds a strategy the supports that philosophy.
Drives the development of Global QA Practices and define clear expectations for QAs
Provides opportunities for QA engineers to work on multiple products, work with multiple departments, and contribute to Global Sovos.
Facilitates constructive debate to enable better decisions and shared vision
Facilitates local townhall meetings and team building events.
Resolves disagreements and conflicts constructively. Knows when to involve others.
Demonstrates emotional maturity (discretion, objectivity, integrity, confidentiality) in all interactions.
Supports decisions that have been made, even when he/she does not personally agree
Aware of the global reality and needs, defines ideas for change that benefit Sovos globally.
What We Need From You
Technical Bachelor's degree12-15 years’ experience
Formal training on leadership/management
Understands Sovos management tools, documents, and training
Very solid understanding of Sovos SCRUM and SDLC
Deeper insights on Sovos Vision and KPIs
Able to balance gut-feel judgement and logical analysis. Willing to ‘rip off the band-aid’ and make decisions.
Passion for process and a win everything attitude exemplified by creating value for clients and delivering superior financial results.
