Objective:
* Manage the quality system and activities that lead to compliance with the requirements.
* Coordinate the planning, implementation and execution of continuous improvement plans.
* He is responsible for the Departments of Analytics, Microbiology, Quality Assurance, Packaging, Regulatory and Technology Transfer.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise, coordinate and manage the technical and quality department of CP Argentina.
* He is the coordinator of the implementation, updating and monitoring of the Quality Master Plan.
* Coordinate the efforts of all operational personnel and staff, aimed at the implementation of the 26 quality standards (QS) program.
* Is responsible for communicating the progress, and requirements for the implementation of the plan to the Heads of Sector and Plant Manager.
* Develop the report of the behavior of the Quality KPIs for improvement and communicate them periodically.
* Coordinate and follow up on nonconformities (packaging material, raw materials, product in process, finished product).
* Conduct the solution of quality problems that affect the business, review the key learning, best practices, potential problems or trends and opportunities for improvement and communication both locally and divisionally on a regular basis.
* Coordinate and follow up corrective actions aimed at minimizing or eliminating failures.
* Coordinate the implementation of exchange controls and validations in order to eliminate existing quality problems in products, processes or systems.
* Coordinate and monitor changes in materials, processes, equipment, etc. That affect the quality.
* Maintain a direct line of communication with the Division of Quality and Tech.
* Maintain direct line of communication with GTC.
* Supervise the administration of the official documents of the focus (Formulas, procedures, safety sheets, specifications of raw materials, specifications of packaging material, etc.)
* Collaborate with quality assurance activities to ensure that procedures are applied in accordance with the quality system guidelines.
* Participate in induction training for new staff and advise or train staff to know and apply quality guidelines according to training programs.
* Assist in the deployment of training programs and assess their effectiveness, identify and develop new training tools.

Experience:
* Bachelor of Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical, Industrial or related Engineering.
* Specialization or diploma, Science, Quality / Administration.
* 3 years indispensable and 5 years of desirable experience in Quality / Tech positions
* Advanced English
* SAP management
* Office Parcel Management.
