Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent area

- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance

- Experience in acceptance manual testing, exploratory tests in delivery short cycles

- Ability to identify non-explicit requirements and edge cases

- Ability to report bugs

- Experience in implementation end-to-end of testing and automated tools as Selenium, Cypress, etc.

- Ability to work with multiple teams to provide technical guidance and oversight

You’ll join a global team working on everything from IT modernization and strategy to agile, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. You’ll typically work on projects across all industries and functions and will be fully integrated with the rest of our global firm.

You’ll also work with colleagues from across McKinsey & Company to help our clients deliver breakthrough products, experiences, and businesses, both on technology and non-technology topics.

What You'll Do

You'll work to provide quality assurance expertise in our Tech Delivery Hub.

In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies, monitoring, conducting and automate tests, identifying process or product issues and proposing measures to correct or improve the issue in order to meet established quality standards.

You will also help bring Agile development methodologies, ensuring that the software projects we create continue to grow. You will exercise your creativity and technical skills.
