Task: New Plant Quality Setup: Lead the implementation of quality systems and processes for the new facility, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 and customer-specific standards (e.g., VDA 6.3, Formel Q, BMW QM-Requirements).
Manage quality planning for new projects, including APQP, PPAP submissions, and validation of production processes.

Project Launch & Production Ramp-up: Oversee quality activities during product launches, ensuring adherence to timelines, cost targets, and defect-free delivery to European OEM customers (e.g., Mercedes, Audi, VW Group).
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Supply Chain) to resolve launch-related quality issues using 8D, PFMEA, and control plans.

Daily Quality Management: Monitor and improve KPIs (PPM, scrap rates, customer audits) for mass-production components.
Conduct internal audits, manage non-conforming materials, and drive CAPA initiatives.

Customer & Supplier Quality: Act as the primary quality interface for European OEM customers, hosting audits and ensuring timely resolution of complaints.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet specifications (e.g., injection molding plastics, surface finishes).

Team Leadership: Build and mentor a local quality team (engineers, inspectors), fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Develop training programs on quality standards, tools, and customer requirements.

Expectation: Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years in quality management within automotive interior components or similar Tier 1/Tier 2 manufacturing.
Proven track record in launching new projects (from prototype to SOP) and managing serial production quality for European OEMs.
Expertise in customer-specific quality systems (e.g., IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, CSR, Ford Q1). Language Skills: Native Hungarian (mandatory) and fluent English (C1+ level for technical communication with global teams and customers). Technical Skills: Proficiency in PPAP, MSA, SPC, and quality software (e.g., Minitab, SAP QM).
Familiarity with injection molding, surface coating, and assembly processes for interior components. Leadership & Soft Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Other: Certification in VDA 6.3 Auditor or Six Sigma Black Belt. Experience with automotive sustainability standards (e.g., IMDS, REACH).
