Para importante empresa nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Analista para SOPORTE TENICO NIVEL 1

Serán sus tareas:

Brindar soporte de 1er nivel a los usuarios de la empresa, respecto a sistemas operativos y aplicaciones de escritorio.

Persecución y resolución (al 1.er nivel) y escalado (hasta el 2. ° nivel) de los tickets generados por los usuarios.

Conocimientos excluyentes:

Ingles intermedio a avanzado, escrito y oral.

Windows 7 Pro, Windows 10 Pro, Office 2013, Office 2016 y Office 365 Skype.

Reparaciones y asistencia a impresoras, equipos (computadoras de escritorio y portátiles)

Herramientas de colaboración: SharePoint: 2016 y 365. Yammer, Microsoft Teams

Conocimiento avanzado en protocolo TCP / IP.

Conocimiento básico de conectividad y telefonía: WiFi, Ethernet, TCP / IP, puertas de enlace, proxys, switches Cisco, enrutadores Cisco y Linksys.

Quienes se postulen deberan contar con cursos en Microsoft y/o Cisco
