- Reconciliations of clients accounts to be aware of the overdue of them
- Clean up clients account´s in order to reduce the overdue
- Fluent / polite comunication and dynamic interaction with client´s contact (Client team, project leads, CM /MD)
- Prepare cash flow according to each geography in scope
- Fluent / polite comunication and dynamic interaction with country controllers
- Collections tracking:
- Get P2P (promise to pay) for invoices that are due
- Follow up partial payments or applications
- Follow up open items at customer level
- AD HOC Reporting for sensitive clients or specials client request
- Communication & interaction with other CCMS process (Cash Application & Billing team)
- Handle interaction with internal clients, taking care of any issue
- Escalate issues on a timely manner to supervisor
- Participate in metrics Reporting related to Collection application process

Requisitos
Type of experience - 2 to 5 years of experience in similar positions. Professional Skill Requirements - Nice to have SAP T-Codes Knowledges
- Computer Skills (MS, Excel, Outlook).
- Be able to work under presure & solve critical issues
- Pay attention to details & follow documented procedures
- Self-motivation
- Good communication skills, flexibility, teamwork - English intermediate
