Our work spans the globe and includes audit, treasury, internal control and commercial financial support. Whether your skills are in financial control, planning and forecasting, data analytics or digital risk, there’s space to move your career forward in any number of directions.
Your ‘day to day’Execute and ensure for employee related expenses (local, expatriates). Initiate accounting corrections in case of inconsistencies found (e.g. for wrongly mapped wage types), as well as calculate and post personnel related accruals, in conformity with all US GAAP, legal, fiscal and statutory requirements, taking into consideration hybrid payroll landscape. Responsible for complex activities on salaries and wages due to different tax / local regulation environmentCollect and validate assumption collection to execute budgeting & forecasting processes of salary & wages.Ensure proper cost recognition in actual and budget according to new Cost Category definition book.Prepare proper variance analysis providing comments over the variance according to define threshold.
Analyses and support for internal and external audit requirements, liaising with the auditors and colleagues across the business as required.Work closely with Controller and Financial Planning Team to ensure consistency in variances interpretation and provide guidance and accounting support to the affiliate according to US GAAP standardsIdentify areas for enhancements, eliminate inefficiencies and promote continuous improvement
Who we’re looking forAn energetic, driven candidate with a college/university degree, preferably in Finance, Business Accounting, Administration, Economics, or equivalentA professional with minimum 3 years of experience in either R2R activities/S&W accounting and budgeting in an international business environment (SR)An intermediary English speaker / Portuguese is a plusExperienced individual in MS Office suite (Advanced Excel, Powerpoint) and financial integrated systems, preferably SAPA person with strong analytical skills, able to work with large data volumes
