Technology recruiter for Latin America

Supporting end-to-end recruitment process for positions such as Software Engineers, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Data Analysts, DevOps Engineers, System Administrators, Application Administrators, etc.

- Defining job requisitions
- Managing all channels for candidate sourcing, including direct advertising, recruitment agencies and pro-active headhunting
- Coordinating and attending interviews
- Nurturing candidates during and post process
- Providing application and interview feedback to candidates
- Responding to candidate and hiring manager queries in a timely manner
- Managing offer and contract generation and negotiation
- Taking active part in the employer branding initiatives

Requirements
To be successful you need to have:

- Bachelors or Master degree preferred
- Computer literacy and experience with applicant tracking systems such as Workable
- Fluent in English, second language will be considered an advantage
- Proven team player
- Experience in Recruitment of at least 3 years, additional HR experience will be considered an advantage
- Results focused
- A strong proactive personality, a person who is ready to step in and work to get these done
- A creative mindset, ready to try something new
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships
- Ability to establish and manage processes and practices through collaboration and the understanding of business
- Clear and consistent communicator with a hands-on mentality
