Who We Are

We are a boutique recruiting company with offices in NYC and Buenos Aires.

We work with creative advertising agencies globally around North America, Europe, Asia and just about anywhere our network leads us.

We conduct searches and identify qualified candidates for these companies to hire as well as provide them with long term career advice.

We are not a transactional, resume-peddling headhunting team. We do “full 360” recruitment meaning we personally locate talent, qualify their skillset, tell them about the opportunities we are working on and then take them through the interview process from start to finish.

This means we get to know the people and companies we work with while building rapport and trust and offering guidance along the way.

We work out of a shared office space in Palermo Soho, Monday-Friday 10am-6pm.

Who You Are

You have a self-motivated personality and an ability to work autonomously. We work together in a shared office space and provide all the necessary support and training. However, it is up to the individual to organize their day, seek out leads, stay on task and reach weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.

You are enthusiastic, positive, and collaborative. We’re a small team and enjoy each other’s company. Bring the buena onda.

You have strong interpersonal skills. You are an excellent listener and are extremely intuitive.

You are patient and eager to learn. No previous recruitment experience is necessary. We take a lot of pride in our craft and we’re looking to share our knowledge with you.

You are able to be on the phone for several hours a day. This is a communication-based job we conduct mainly via phone and email.

Qualifications

Native level English speaker required, multilingual is a plus.
Completed undergraduate university degree
Plans to stay in Buenos Aires for at least one year or longer

We work in a beautiful co-working space located in Palermo. It includes an onsite cafe and restaurant, gardens, bike parking, rooftop terrace and holds social and networking events you’ll have access to.
