Recruiting And People Support

About the Position: The Recruiting and People Support role is key to strengthening our People & Culture presence in Argentina.
This is a new position that will work closely with the People & Culture Lead based in Montevideo, helping to extend our internal support and team care efforts to collaborators in Argentina.
They will be responsible for leading IT recruitment processes end to end—sourcing, interviewing, and hiring—while also being a point of contact for team members, ensuring their experience is positive and supported throughout their journey at Crunchloop.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people, has a strong sense of empathy, and thrives in team environments.

Location and Work Details: Location: Argentina (preferably near Villa Crespo, CABA) Modality of contract: Contractor / 6 hours per day, with the possibility of extending to 8 hours Work modality: On-site flexible English Level: Advanced Need Experience with foreign clients: No Need experience leading teams: No Existing position: No (new position) Decision-making authority: Yes (for recruiting process management; not for hiring decisions) Client: Internal / Crunchloop Technical Skills Required: End-to-end IT recruitment process (2+ years of experience) Experience managing sourcing, screening, interviews, and candidate follow-up Strong organizational and administrative skills Experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Empathy and emotional intelligence Teamwork and collaboration Proactive and detail-oriented mindset Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously Benefits & Perks: CrunchloopCome work with us - Crunchloop PTO: 20 days per year + 5 holidays Equipment provided by the company: Yes Onboarding: Necessarily full time in Montevideo.
