Recruiting Marketing Director

We're looking for someone who can: Develop, maintain and strengthen a solid recruitment brand for the recruitment target audience.

Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze and distribute key information for making decisions to optimize the recruitment funnel.

Work with the marketing operations manager to provide the team with the tools and solutions needed.

Work with the recruitment team to improve metrics on the funnel, by applying digital marketing and Inside Sales / Lead Generation best practices to the recruitment activities.

Work with the internal communications area to provide a compelling message to potential candidates.

Work closely with the capacity area to support recruitment activities and ensure that Belatrix brand is well known and recognized.

Plan, host and manage proprietary recruitment events

Work with the content team to create seamless stream of attractive content to engage the recruitment audience

Plan, execute and optimize an external/branding event plan

Research each of the labor markets to optimize messaging and activities for each of them, focus on making Belatrix’s the world’s best candidate experience overall.

Qualifications

4 + years of experience in similar positions

Degree in Marketing, Business or Administration (Advanced Student or Graduated)

Advanced english level (is a must)
