They are looking for an experience recruiter to join their expanding network and provide the leadership, direction and skills that will help take their dedicated team of consultants to the next level.
The successful applicant will take the lead role for an assigned sector of recruitment,b enefit from both an established client relationship base and great potential from for growth, and be supported by a growing team of dedicated, passionate and talented consultants.
Key responsibilties:
- Manage the process for the recruitment and hiring of roles from attraction through to induction.
- Manage interviews when necessary.
- Review, modify and design new specification material.
- Communicate with candidates on all aspects of the recruitment process through to induction and provide feedback where appropriate.
- Help to train and develop managers on conducting interviews.
- Deal with negotiations in job board renewals.
- Liaise with external agencies, e.g. local retailers, employment agencies.
- Create talent database plans to meet the long term resourcing needs of the business.
About you:
- You'll have proven resourcing experience gained in a similar fast paced role, ideally within Retail, Leisure or Hospitality.
- You'll have an excellent telephone manner.
- You must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience of using online recruitment tools, job boards, LinkedIn and other social media channels to source and select the very best talent available.
- You will need to be independent and self-motivated.
- Have the ability to build a strong pipeline of high-level candidates through attraction, constant networking and searches.
