The chosen candidate needs to work well within the existing team and help the office with administrative tasks aimed at enabling recruiters to have more time with candidates for nurture and other active pipeline activities.
What you will do:
: Sourcing candidates for specific roles.
: Nurturing and managing those candidates up to the point of making an application and handing them off to a recruiter.
: Apply a flexible approach to work and report any issues that may impact business performance.
: Take ownership for your personal performance targets and development.
: Regularly suggest relevant, valid, constructive and appropriate ideas to improve people processes, customer service, partnership and/or reputation.
: Adhere to data protection and security requirements.
: Represent the headquarters credibly and responsibly.
: Play a full part in making the company a great place to work.
: Provide a quality service to internal and external customers.
: Ensure own performance impacts positively on headquarters performance and the partnerships reputation.
Your experience will include:
: Resourcer experience preferable.
: Experience of candidate attraction.
: Experience in direct sourcing of candidates from various job boards and LinkedIn.
: Well organised.
: Good attention to detail.
: Good communication skills.
: Excellent team player.
: Administrative experience is desirable.
