We are currently looking for Sourcers to join our centralised team.
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will take ownership of end to end recruitment activities for clients. You will be required to direct and source/screen active and passive candidates ensuring that performance targets are met.
You will take ownership of managing associates, from management to on-boarding, general enquiries and redeployment at the end of contracts.
Responsibilties of the Recruitment Resourcer will include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborating with clients, recruiters, contract managers and hiring managers to understand the staffing needs of each client.
- Achieving set KPI's and SLAs.
- Understanding clients and the programme process and adhering to those processes.
- Managing candidates from pre-screening to end of assignments. This includes tasks such as: onboarding, general enquiries and redeployment.
- Utilising advanced search techniques to identify candidates on databases, through networking/recommendations or via the internet within the agreed timescales.
- Market mapping by researching the market competitor mapping, and geographical mapping.
- Creating and managing "talent pools" for frequently hired roles within the database, ensuring that candidates details have the appropriate skills or experience attached to their profile.
- Directly contacting candidates to qualify interest in an opportunity and encourage them to apply.
- Posting open positions on the appropriate sites, external sites and other media, checking that the wording/format used meets the brand and format guidelines.
Essential skills required for this role:
- Skilled at communicating effectively, both verbally and written.
- Previous experience in working with KPI's and SLAs.
- Previous experience of utilising technology to enhance an process.
- Ability to demonstrate effective and strong customer service skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word products, including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook.
