Duties: Work with other stakeholders to identify hiring prioritiesProcess inbound job applications to identify prospective talentEngage in outbound techniques to reach additional candidates via LinkedIn and other channelsEngage in "quick strike" recruiting for specific company roles and locations that must be filled immediatelyHire and contract talent both locally and globally for a variety of rolesIdentify potential contractors to fill in until a full-time team member can be foundOptimize the performance of online job listingsWrite compelling job descriptions and other content to attract potential candidatesCreate and own a positive candidate experience with regular touch points and diligent follow-throughBecome an expert in our company, culture, and value proposition to excite and convert new candidatesHelp create and negotiate job offersTrack goals, metrics, and performance of recruiting goalsRequirements: 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, either in-house or as an agency recruiterExperience recruiting for PR, marketing, or advertising agencies including creative professionalsCommunicate professionally with candidates both verbally and in writingAbility to comprehend new job roles quickly and understand the subtle nuances in each roleProven ability to prioritize multiple functions and manage time efficientlyProven ability to jump between a wide variety of roles according to company needsOffer creativity in problem-solving and resourcefulness across all stages of the hiring cycleDemonstrate excellent time management and multitasking skillsShowcase a defined method of organizationMaintain a high level of confidentiality at all timesOptional Bonus #1: Prior experience in helping scale up a company with global candidatesOptional Bonus #2: A strong understanding of creative, marketing, and technical agency rolesOptional Bonus #3: Experience helping build up a high-performing recruiting team
