Responsibilities: Work with stakeholders to identify hiring priorities.Engage in quick strike recruiting for immediate needs in specific roles and locations.Hire and contract talent locally and globally for various roles.Identify potential contractors as interim solutions until full-time hires are made.Optimize online job listings' performance.Create and negotiate job offers.Track recruiting goals, metrics, and performance.Requirements: At least 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or agency.Experience recruiting for PR, marketing, or advertising agencies, including creative roles.Ability to quickly understand new job roles and nuances.Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple functions efficiently.Flexibility to handle a wide variety of roles based on company needs.Creativity and resourcefulness in problem-solving across all hiring stages.Excellent time management and multitasking skills.Strong organizational methods.High confidentiality standards.Optional bonus: Knowledge of creative, marketing, and technical agency roles; experience in building high-performing recruiting teams.About TOP Worldwide: If you seek a fast-growing startup environment with diverse client work from a top agency, you'll find a great fit here.
