Belgrano, Buenos AiresWe're looking for a skilled and passionate Regional Operations Specialist to make the best Latam real estate platform you've ever heard of You'll be part of Properati's Strategy and Operations team

What you will be doing:

Help launch a new Real Estate classifieds website across LATAMInterpret data and analyze results to provide reports, insights, strategy.Track usage metrics of the site, both from sellers and users, to understand platform growth, seller performance and engagement

Constant communication with multiple areas, including regional teams across LATAM to gather insights, feedback and problems (solutions)Analyze local market dynamics, to develop commercial strategies and investigate new business opportunities across the regionBuild automated reports and dashboards based on requirements for supporting operational decision making process.Extract and analyze data to explain and optimize current business processes.Review and optimization of commercial processes.

Who we're looking for:

2 a 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in Consulting, Process Improvement, Commercial Planning, Operations or Business Intelligence areas.Project managementStructured and logic problem solving skills with great attention to detail.Strategic oversight but at the same time a hands:on attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast:paced environment.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Result:oriented.Advanced skills on Microsoft Excel and PowerpointAvailability to travel.Fluent in English.
