IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL Be the key driver to coach and support our teams in their scaled agile adoption and executionOptimize the flow of value through the ART by applying appropriate agile tools and methodsFacilitate events and processes to synchronize the Agile Release TrainAssist the ART by making impediments visible and support removing obstacles early onHelp assure value delivery, manage risk and dependencies and drive relentless continuous improvementCollaborate with other RTEs across the organization to share best practicesCoach Leaders, Agile Teams and different kinds of Stakeholders (ex: PM, SA, BO, …) in Lean-Agile practices and mindsetTO SUCCEED YOU NEED To have practical experience with SAFe as Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Release Train EngineerTo be a servant leader with strong social, communication and cooperation skillsTo be in contact with others, have outstanding moderation/facilitation and coaching skillsTo be a self-driven personality with high intrinsic motivation grounded on curiosity, thrive and hands-on leadershipTo be able to work with stakeholders of all kinds and levels, from team members to upper managementBonus: You have experience in several scaled Agile frameworks and methods and know the powers and limits of eachYOU WILL BE HAPPY WITH Open source softwareNo top-down hierarchy.
